📦 CasaCraft – U.S. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you have not received tracking updates within 3 business days, feel free to contact our support team.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.
CasaCraft is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If you need to make a correction, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your package as "delivered" but you did not receive it:

  1. Please check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building office.

  2. If the package is still missing, contact us at support@casacraft.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will assist you in filing a claim and work toward a resolution.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

At this time, CasaCraft ships only within the United States.
We plan to expand to international markets soon.
